PANACEO MED THERAPY-PRO – For Better Tolerability of Chemotherapy
PANACEO MED THERAPY-PRO is a specially developed medical product based on PMA-Zeolite, designed to help improve the tolerability of chemotherapy. The goal of cancer treatment with chemotherapy is to destroy tumor cells as effectively as possible while minimizing the burden on healthy cells. It is therefore crucial that the prescribed therapy dosage and the planned number of cycles can be administered and tolerated as intended.
Supportive Effect During Chemotherapy
Since many chemotherapy treatments are associated with side effect–related strain on the digestive system, physicians often recommend supportive measures. This is where MED THERAPY-PRO comes in. Based on PMA-Zeolite, this medical product was specifically developed to provide additional support during cancer therapy.

How to Take PANACEO MED THERAPY-PRO Powder
For best results, please follow the recommended dosage of PANACEO MED THERAPY-PRO Powder:
- 2–3 times daily, 1 level measuring spoon
- Take with meals
- Swallow with at least 100 ml of water (1 glass)

What is in PANACEO MED THERAPY-PRO Powder?

The PMA-Zeolite used by PANACEO has an average particle size of only 4–7 micrometers (µm). This lies within the optimal range of 1–10 µm, ensuring maximum binding capacity. Thanks to this fine particle size, PMA-Zeolite can bind toxins even more effectively and help eliminate them naturally from the body.
All four products contain the same high-quality active ingredient – 100% PMA-zeolite – and are certified as Class IIb medical devices. The difference lies solely in their specific intended use (i.e., the medical purpose), which is stated on the label.
According to European medical device regulations, each medical device may have only one clearly defined primary effect (“intended purpose”).
Therefore, our products are offered under different names – each with a clearly defined medical application:

General intake recommendations:
- BASIC-DETOX: 1 level portion spoon 2-3 x daily or 3 capsules 2-3 x daily.

- MED THERAPY-PRO: 1 level portion spoon 2-3 x daily or 3 capsules 2-3 x daily. (Take a break from therapy on the day of radiotherapy)
- SPORT PURE: 1-2 x daily 1 levelled portion spoon or 2-3 x daily 3 capsules.
Stir 1 portion spoon into the respective sports drink or take 12 capsules before intensive exercise (training & competition).
Regular intake:
As with all natural active substances, consistent, regular intake is very important important in order to achieve the corresponding success. The PMA zeolite acts like a filter in the gastrointestinal tract and is transported further as part of the natural digestive process until it is excreted loaded with harmful substances. To ensure that there is always enough filter material available to bind harmful substances, the intake can be divided into two times a day. (e.g. 1x in the morning and 1x in the evening)
Gradual dosage at the start of intake:
When starting to take the product, start with a lower dose (especially for the powder products) - this applies in particular to people whose gastrointestinal tract reacts sensitively to changes and those who suffer from constipation.
It is therefore recommended to start with 2 x ½ portion spoonfuls. If the product is well tolerated, the intake can be increased over time to the full dose of max. 3 portion spoonfuls. This is best adjusted according to how you feel.
- The duration of use should be at least 12 weeks or as long as the recurring physical stress is present.
- According to the product authorisation, long-term use to support intestinal health is also possible.
Apart from occasional constipation, no side effects are known. This is particularly important if you suffer from chronic constipation. Therefore, please make sure that you always drink enough (at least 1.5-2 litres per day) when taking zeolite products.
Even though constipation is currently the only side effect recorded, not everything can be predicted, so it is important to recognise any other negative/unexpected/undesirable effects. For this reason, it is recommended for safety reasons to stop taking the product if an unexpected effect occurs.
The general recommendation is to take it with a glass of water (at least 100 ml) at mealtimes.
There are three ways of taking it:
- before a meal
- with a meal
- after the meal
All three options have their advantages and disadvantages. Taking it before a meal optimises the absorption of nutrients. After the meal, it reduces the formation of oxidative stress and with the meal it is a mixture of both effects. It can directly bind harmful substances that may be present in the food.
It is not really possible to formulate a recommended intake for everyone (with, with or after meals) and is therefore at the discretion of the user.
As a general rule, it is important to ensure sufficient fluid intake when taking zeolite.
We recommend taking the PMA zeolite 2 hours after the medication and, unless otherwise prescribed, before the zeolite.
The reason for this safety instruction is that the medication is absorbed after 1-2 hours, while the PMA zeolite remains in the gastrointestinal tract, absorbs harmful substances and is excreted during normal digestion - loaded with harmful substances.
It is recommended to consult a doctor if you are taking medication at the same time.
As interactions can be virtually ruled out due to the pore size and the mineral pre-loading of the natural mineral, it would also be possible to take food supplements at the same time. The food supplement should be taken before the zeolite product, as it metabolises immediately after ingestion. The PMA zeolite remains in the gastrointestinal tract and is excreted as part of the natural digestive process.
According to the safety information, there is insufficient study data available for use in children and adolescents, so consultation with a doctor is necessary. From a toxicological point of view, there is no reason why it should not be taken by children. From an immunological point of view, however, we recommend that children should be exposed to diseases until their immune system is fully developed (especially infants). Therefore, prophylactic intake of zeolite is not recommended.
The recommendation of the reference physician Dr Triebnig provides a general guide:
- Children: 1 coffee spoon - 1 mocha spoon
- Infants: ½ mocha spoon
The dosage should always take body weight and age into account and should not be administered continuously - especially in the case of diarrhoea and then only during this time.
However, this guide is not a substitute for consulting a doctor in the event of specific problems.
To date, there is no evidence of possible harmful effects during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, there is insufficient data to confirm that it is completely safe to take during pregnancy - especially as toxicological studies on pregnant women cannot be carried out for ethical reasons. In this case, please be sure to consult your doctor.
Which dosage form is taken is up to the individual. Zeolite powder has the advantage that it passes through the entire digestive tract, starting in the mouth, and unfolds its effect immediately. Capsules, on the other hand, only dissolve after some time, so that the zeolite is only released in the gastrointestinal tract. Capsules are particularly convenient when travelling and are preferred by people who do not like the natural taste of zeolite.
- The content of one capsule of the zeolite products is approx. 410 mg.
- The content of one portion spoon corresponds to approx. 3-4 g.
How long you can get by with one dose depends on the dosage and how regularly you take it. The following table is only a guide:

Die gleichzeitige Einnahme von Darmbakterien zusammen mit PMA-Zeolith ist durchaus empfehlenswert. Darmbakterien können ohne zeitlichen Abstand gemeinsam mit PMA-Zeolith eingenommen werden. Der PMA-Zeolith bindet Schwermetalle und Ammonium, da diese positiv geladene Ionen (Kationen) sind. Darmbakterien hingegen sind weder positiv geladen noch passen sie in die Hohlräume des PMA-Zeoliths, weshalb sie nicht gebunden werden.

If a product is approved as a medical device, this means that it is safe, effective, easy to use and of good quality. This approval shows that the product has been carefully tested and this can be recognised by the CE marking on the product.
This testing concerns not only the manufacture, but also the sale and monitoring of the product on the market. In addition, the safety and efficacy of the product must be proven by scientific studies.
The raw material zeolite is already more than 200 million years old. For this reason, the material is not expected to spoil after 5 years. For regulatory reasons, however, the date must be limited for regulatory reasons.
Consumption beyond the best-before date is at the discretion of the user. Of course, correct storage is important: dry, sealed and at room temperature.
The PMA zeolite from PANACEO, which is authorised as a medical product, is safe and effective. It contains a lot of silicon, which means that the aluminium remains solid in the zeolite and is not released. There is therefore no risk of harmful aluminium being released. The PMA zeolite is also stable, which means that it does not break down or release aluminium in the gastrointestinal tract. Clinical studies have shown that taking PMA zeolite has no effect on blood aluminium levels, so no aluminium enters the bloodstream.
