Cancellation policy

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Panaceo International GmbH, Finkensteiner Straße 5, 9585 Gödersdorf, Austria, [email protected], Telephone: +43 4257 29064) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form (PDF, opens in a new window), but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right to cancel online. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt containing information about the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

Returns

Different return shipping cost policy for Austria

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Austria.

Return labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return within Austria. When using these return labels, the return is free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you by e-mail. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Austria.
