Who is behind PANACEO?

As a health-conscious individual, I was fascinated by the traditional hypotheses regarding the possible applications of the natural mineral Zeolite-Clinoptilolite, which led me to explore it more deeply many years ago.

My own findings, combined with experiences from my personal environment and encouraging feedback from doctors I trust, motivated me to research this natural mineral further. As a family-run company, we have been bringing our medical products to market safely and certified under the PANACEO brand since 2006.

For nearly 20 years, my amazing team – the PANACEO family – has been dedicated to studying and optimizing the raw material that, through the patented PANACEO Micro-Activation Process, is known as PMA-Zeolite.

Key Milestones of PANACEO

📅 1997

First encounter with the natural mineral Zeolite-Clinoptilolite and the entrepreneur and inventor Jakob Hraschan.

📅 1998

Initiation and funding of initial studies (including OECD toxicity testing).

📅 2000

Research, development, and production of PMA activators for refining and optimizing the raw material.

📅 2000 – 2005

Extensive observational applications with hundreds of patients in collaboration with complementary medical practitioners.

📅 2004

Founding of Panaceo International GmbH in Gödersdorf near Villach, Carinthia (Austria).

Approval as a medical device to ensure the documented effectiveness and safety for users.

📅 2013 – 2014

Launch of nationwide marketing and education campaigns targeting end consumers and healthcare professionals in Austria. Research on toxin binding in the gastrointestinal tract. Execution of a non-interventional study (NIS) on liver health.

Publication of a randomized, placebo-controlled double-blind study (gold standard) on strengthening the intestinal barrier.

📅 2017 – 2019

Research and publication of safety- and efficacy-related clinical studies on the effects of PMA-Zeolite.

Publication of a gold standard clinical trial on improving the tolerability of pharmaceutical therapies.

📅 2021

Publication of a gold standard study demonstrating the effective relief of intestinal inflammation.

📅 2022

Long-term publication on improved bone metabolism and reduced fracture risk in osteoporosis (5-year observation period). Follow-up publication on improving the tolerability of drug therapies with a focus on oncological parameters.
