Environment
Green delivered
We ship our products CO2-neutral – a plus for our carbon footprint and that of our customers. We use renewable energy, save resources and promote recycling.
- A photovoltaic system on the company buildings of our owner has generated around 1,400 MWh of renewable energy annually for five years – an important contribution to environmental protection in Carinthia.
- For packaging, we use high-purity, 100% recyclable plastics and continuously develop them further to reduce our CO2 footprint.
Social investments
Contributing to positive change
Through targeted investments in social projects and initiatives that serve the common good, PANACEO makes an active contribution to social responsibility and sustainable social change.
- We support educational institutions and work regularly with schools and universities. In doing so, we foster the education of young talent, safeguard Carinthia as a business location and counter emigration.
- In 2022, together with MJK Sports Marketing, the Stars4Future initiative was launched — a campaign to promote youth sport in Carinthia, which PANACEO supports with additional funding.
- For several years we have forgone Christmas gifts to business partners and instead support a charitable organisation with a generous donation.

- We place great value on compliance with labour standards and the respect of human rights in all our activities.
- Sustainable supply chains are an ongoing process. We continuously optimise them and further raise the standards for sustainability and social responsibility.
- To reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we prefer local partners with short transport routes.

We foster a culture of appreciation, create a healthy working environment and focus on long-term development opportunities for our team.
- We promote diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities. Voluntary work and environmentally conscious behaviour are actively supported — for example by consciously saving energy in everyday office life.
- Since 2018, our employees have taken part in the ‘Operation Christmas Child’ campaign, bringing joy to children in need at Christmas time.
- To reduce electronic waste, we rely on refurbished devices such as smartphones and laptops.
Community engagement
Responsibility for people and community
We want to play an active role in society and address important social challenges.
- We are engaged in health promotion, supporting disadvantaged groups and promoting local initiatives.
- For more than seven years we have supported Paralympic athlete Markus Salcher (seven Winter Paralympics medals) and Special Olympics athlete Alexander Radin (bronze medal at the 2015 Special Olympics in Los Angeles).
- We sponsor prizes in kind for children’s summer camps, school-leavers’ balls and a wide range of sporting events — from football, triathlon and running through mountain running, swimming and ice stock sport to ice hockey and horse shows.
