Collect points
For every purchase made via your customer account you receive Health Points. They are credited immediately after payment is received.
Redeem points
At the end of each order you decide how many points to use. Possible from your very next purchase.
Example calculation
What your points are worth
An order worth €60 gives you 6,000 Health Points. Redeemed, that equals a €6 discount on your next purchase.
When redeeming:
- Health Points cannot be applied to shipping costs or to products that are already discounted.
- After deducting Health Points, the invoice total must still be at least €10.

Everything about the loyalty points programme
Participation happens automatically as soon as a customer account is created. For existing customer accounts the loyalty points programme is already activated; no further steps are required. As soon as you have a customer account, you collect PANACEO Health Points.
Participation in the loyalty points programme is free for everyone.
For every purchase in our online shop that you make via your customer account, you receive Health Points. There are also regular promotions where you can top up your Health Points. The loyalty points programme can be used exclusively in our online shop. You can view your points balance at any time in your customer account.
The Health Points are credited to your customer account immediately after payment is received. This means the points can be redeemed on your very next purchase.
You can view your Health Points in your customer account. At the end of each order you can decide how many Health Points you want to redeem. Please note the following:
- Health Points cannot be applied to shipping costs or to products that are already discounted.
- After deducting Health Points, the invoice total must still be at least €10.
You receive 100 Health Points per €1 of order value credited to your customer account. When you want to redeem your collected Health Points, they are converted into a monetary amount as follows: 1,000 collected Health Points equal a €1 discount.
Yes, the Health Points expire automatically if they are not redeemed within 100 days. Before that happens, you will receive a notification from us in good time.
