Ich kann ja nicht sagen wie es wirken soll leide schon seit Jahren an Verstopfung ich nehme jetzt schon die zweite Dose ca.zwei Tage geht es gut dann bin ich wieder extrem Verstopft .vl bin ich auch zu ungeduldig aber ich würde mir wünschen das es sich noch einpendeln.
