How can I cancel my order?

If the order has been successfully completed and paid for, please contact our Customer Service directly to cancel.

The amount will be refunded via the payment method used.

If you have chosen prepayment, no cancellation is necessary. The order will automatically expire after 14 days if the order is not paid.
